Since moving to the new production park last June, Tonfo Ceramics Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Jingdezhen Beihanmei Ceramics Co., Ltd.) has been busy hosting visitors.
Located in Jingdezhen High-tech Zone, the group distinguishes itself from other local ceramic bottle producers with its large size, standardized production lines, one-stop services, and refined production. Founded in 2021, the group has built a diversified brand portfolio. Its new 136,000-square-meter park, put into use in June 2023, covers a comprehensive building, art gallery, workshop, and logistics center, with a total investment of 320 million yuan.
The group is equipped with intelligent devices, enabling it to produce over 20,000 ceramic bottles daily. It offers one-stop design services for liquor enterprises through its Hope Field team, which has cooperated with the Palace Museum to design the Gongci wine bottle. The group has partnered with well-known liquor brands like Kinmen Kaoliang, Tanjiu, Guotai, and Guohe.
In the competitive ceramic bottle market, Tonfo Ceramics Group stands out with its one-stop services and refined production. It maintains consistent quality standards for both samples and mass production, limits mold usage to 50-60 times to ensure product quality, and chooses the more costly but precise joining process over the one-piece molding process. These efforts result in production costs 20% higher than the industry average, but they also yield a high customer repurchase rate.Despite the challenging market environment and shrinking orders in the ceramic bottle sector, Tonfo Ceramics Group remains committed to serving every customer to the highest standard, aiming to become an industry leader and serve top liquor brands.
